      How do I enable respondents to download their responses?

      Allowing users to download their survey responses enhances their experience by granting access to their data, which is useful for reviewing answers or maintaining personal records. Follow the steps below to enable this feature in your survey:

      1. Navigate to the Survey Editor.
      2. Go to the Outline section.
      3. Open the Ending Page.
      4. Hover over the Display option located in the upper right corner and toggle on the User Results Link.

      If you would like to personalize the button, you can simply click on it to edit the text according to your preferences.

       

      Note: If your survey has more than one ending page and you want to activate the download feature for each of them, make sure to follow these steps for each ending page.

      After completing the survey, users will now have the option to download their responses. In their survey results, respondents will see not only their answers but also their Session ID and the timestamp of when they started the survey. This feature grants users complete access to their data, offering valuable insights into their survey participation.
