Depending on your Organization’s subscription package, you may have access to premium features. Below, we outline those features, how to use them, and what purpose they serve.

Unbranded ending pages
💼 What it does
- Removes "Create your own survey with Segmanta" logo from survey ending pages.
Note: This setting is only available for accounts subscribed to an Advanced or Enterprise plan.
🔨 How it works
- If your organization is subscribed to receive premium features and you to want implement this setting...
- Navigate to your Account Name to enter the Account Settings.
- Turn on the Unbranded Ending Pages setting.
- After the toggle has been turned on, all "Create your own survey with Segmanta" logos will be automatically removed from all existing and future survey ending pages.
Note: If you downgrade your account or cancel your subscription to an account without this feature, “Create your own survey with Segmanta” will be automatically added back to your survey ending pages and you will no longer be able to toggle the setting on or off.
Facebook Pixel
💼 What it does
- An analytics tool that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising by understanding the actions people take on your website in order to:
- Make sure your ads are being shown to the right people
- Build advertising audiences
- Unlock additional Facebook advertising tools
💪 When to use it
- To create a campaign with your survey as the advertisement's landing page
- To create custom audiences or lookalikes using survey data
- To track survey conversions
To find your Facebook Pixel ID, navigate to your Meta Event Manager, externally found on business.facebook.com.
Account level pixels will be added to all future surveys. If you would like to apply (or update) your Facebook Pixel on any pre-existing surveys, you will need to do so on the individual survey's settings.
🔨 How it works
- Go to Account Settings
- Click the Update button next to the Facebook Pixel line
- Paste your pixel into the Facebook Pixel field and click Save
- Your Facebook pixel will only be applied to future integrations. To update your pixel ID on pre-existing integrations, visit the relevant Survey Editor/s and edit the tracking ID on the integrations individually.
If you would like to add a unique pixel that is different from your account level pixel to any integrations you will be able to do so on the survey integration level.
Google Analytics Tracking ID
💪 When to use it
- Integrate your Segmanta survey directly in your Google Analytics dashboard to track:
- How respondents interact with your survey
- Their survey journey
- Their survey conversions

🔨 How it works
- First, you will first need to set up to your Google Analytics tracking ID on your Segmanta account. To do so, start by going to your Account Settings. Account level ID's can be easily added to your Google Analytics Custom Event integration.
- Then, click the Update button next to the Google Analytics Tracking ID
- Paste your tracking ID into the Google Analytics tracking ID field and click Save. Your tracking ID should be formatted as UA-XXXXX-Y or UA-XXXXX-YY
Note: Your Google Analytics Tracking ID will only be applied to future integrations. To update your tracking ID on pre-existing integrations, visit the relevant Survey Editor/s and edit the tracking ID on the integrations individually.
If you would like to add a unique ID that is different from your account level ID to any integrations, you will be able to do so on the survey integration level.
Google Tag Manager Container ID
💼 What it does
- A tag management system that allows you to quickly and easily update and manage tags and code snippets on your website or mobile apps, or, in this case, your Segmanta survey.
- You can integrate your Google Tag Manager container ID with an individual survey or to your account which will enable easily adding your container ID to all future surveys.

🔨 How it works
- Navigate to your Account Settings
- Click the Update button next to the Google Tag Manager Container ID line
- Paste your GTM Container ID into the Container ID field and click Save. Your container ID should be formatted as GTM-XXXXX
You will still need to visit each individual survey to enable the integration on the survey level. However, after the account level integration your Container ID will automatically be copied to each future survey.
Your Container ID will only be applied to future integrations. To update your Container ID on pre-existing integrations, visit the relevant Survey Editor/s and edit the tracking ID on the integrations individually.

Note: By setting up a GTM integration, you are responsible for any data passed to Google Tag Manager or any applications integrated via GTM.
