Access, view, and change the basic personal details of your Segmanta account.
🔨 How it works
- Go to the top right and click the dropdown from your account name.
- In the dropdown, select My Profile.
- This will bring you to Profile Settings, which is separated into three tabs.
Personal Info
💪 When to use it
- This is your basic information – email address, first name, and last name.
- By default, the email address you signed up with will appear.
- To change your first or last name, click on the text field respectively and save the changes.
Important: To change your email address, please contact Segmanta Support.
Authentication
Updating your password
💪 When to use it
- This is where you can update your password.
- To do so, click the Update button and a new tab will open.
- You will then be prompted to enter your email address so we can send you a link allowing you to update your password.
Note: You will need to have access to the email address associated with your Segmanta account.
Adding two-factor authentication
💪 When to use it
- This is an extra layer of security to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
- Click Manage to enable or disable it.
Linked Accounts
💪 When to use it
- This grants secondary log-in capabilities to other entities and is only available for Enterprise Customers with single sign-on (SSO) configured.
