Profile Settings

Access, view, and change the basic personal details of your Segmanta account.

🔨 How it works

  1. Go to the top right and click the dropdown from your account name.
  2. In the dropdown, select My Profile.
  3. This will bring you to Profile Settings, which is separated into three tabs.

Personal Info

💪 When to use it

  • This is your basic information – email address, first name, and last name.
  • By default, the email address you signed up with will appear.
  • To change your first or last name, click on the text field respectively and save the changes. 

Important: To change your email address, please contact Segmanta Support. 


Updating your password

💪 When to use it

  • This is where you can update your password.
  • To do so, click the Update button and a new tab will open.
  • You will then be prompted to enter your email address so we can send you a link allowing you to update your password.

Note: You will need to have access to the email address associated with your Segmanta account.

Adding two-factor authentication

💪 When to use it

  • This is an extra layer of security to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
  • Click Manage to enable or disable it.

Linked Accounts

💪 When to use it

  • This grants secondary log-in capabilities to other entities and is only available for Enterprise Customers with single sign-on (SSO) configured.
  • To learn more about upgrading to an Enterprise plan, please contact Segmanta Support.
