It's important to make sure you are familiar with the roles & terms included in GDPR. Read our definitions of each role so that you can understand your responsibilities when collecting data through a Segmanta survey. • Survey Users : You have signed up for Segmanta account that you use or intend to use in order to create, edit, or analyze Segmanta surveys.

• Survey Takers : You have received a survey that was created on the Segmanta platform by a Survey Creator

• Survey Panelists : You have received a survey that was created on the Segmanta platform and distributed by our Panel Services program, Opinions Matter.

• Website Visitors : You have visited one of our websites, but do not have an active Segmanta account
