You have two options when it comes to adding a question – via import or from a question type.
Adding a question by import
💼 What it does
- Allows you to import a question from a different survey within your organization.
🔨 How it works
- To import a question, search the question text. It will then scrape all questions within your organization that include the question text. Select “add” and it will then become included in your survey.
Note: Imported questions are not editable in the Survey Editor specifically for data enrichment surveys and instead can only be done within the Question Library, which centralizes what you’d like to understand from your consumers, acting as the building blocks of Data Enrichment Surveys.
Adding a question by the question type
💼 What it does
- Allows you to choose from one of 20 question types offered by Segmanta.
Below, we will explain what question settings apply and the purpose the question types serve, to help you determine which makes the most sense for your survey and the results you’re hoping to achieve.

The percentage of Detractors is subtracted from the percentage of Promoters to determine a final score with a range of -100 to 100. |
