# Survey Responses
## View all of your survey responses and traffic including their responses per question, in a tabular view.
💪 **When to use it**
- See a complete list of all your respondents as well as other detailed information. By clicking on a specific response, you can see an exact respondent’s session. Beyond viewing their answers, you can also extract information like:
- Respondent ID
- Start time
- Location
- Device
- Browser
- Referrer
- URL Parameters (if included)
- Selected Answers
🏠 **Where it lives**
- Navigate to the menu icon on the top right toolbar in the **Results Overview** of the **Analytics Dashboard**.
🔨 **How it works**
1. Navigate to the **Survey Responses** icon on the left toolbar of the **Results Overview.**
2. To view an individual respondent's complete information, simply click on their ID number and you will be taken to their Individual Response page.
You can delete responses from both the individual responses page and responses table. This function is useful if there is a particular segment that is throwing off your analytics that you would like to remove from your analytics.
### Deleting survey responses
Deleting a respondent/s from a survey CANNOT be undone.
**Note**: If you delete a response from a question, you will be deleting the rest of the respondent's answers throughout the survey.
There are two ways to delete a respondent as described below.
#### From the responses table
🔨 **How it works:**
- Navigate to the **Individual Responses** tab.
- *Optional*: Click on **+** button to **create a new segment** and select a parameter/s that you would like to filter by and delete responses from.

**Pro-tip**: Use this setting if you want to delete a response based on a segment. Build the segment you would like to view data for and click on that segment's button to view only the respondents that fit within the segment's filters.
- Select the desired response/s you would like to delete by clicking on the **checkbox.**
- Click **Delete.**
- You will be shown a warning window that will ask you to confirm the permanent removal of the selected responses.
#### From the Individual Responses page
🔨 **How it works**
- Navigate to the **Individual Responses** tab and click on the **Response ID** which will appear in blue font.
- Click on the **trashcan icon** to remove the respondent from the survey.
- Click **Delete.**
- You will be shown a warning window that will ask you to confirm the permanent removal of the selected responses.
